How to Find the Right Part
Friction Parts for Presses
The clutch-brake of a crank press connects the flywheel to the shaft and stops the shaft after the stroke. Its wear parts are sector brake linings fixed to the discs, and friction inserts used in clutches and brakes of other designs, including forging machines. If only the friction layer is worn, replace the linings or inserts; a complete clutch is needed when the housing, splines or discs are damaged.
Anti-Vibration Mounts
Anti-vibration mounts go under a machine instead of rigid floor anchoring: they damp vibration, protect the foundation and let you level the bed. Choose them by machine weight: divide it by the number of support points and add a margin for dynamic loads. The thread of the levelling screw, such as M12, matters too and must match the holes in the machine base.
Coolant Systems
A coolant system consists of a pump, a tank and hoses with a valve. The key choice is the pump motor voltage: the range has 220-230 V and 380 V models, and it must match the machine supply. Then compare pump output with what the tool needs and check the space for the tank. A compact system is usually enough for a drill press or a small milling machine.

To find a part quickly, have the press or machine model and year, the clutch or unit marking, and the drawing code from the old part. Without a code, send a photo of the part with a ruler next to it and its main dimensions: outer and inner diameter, thickness and sector angle for linings; length, width, thickness and radius for inserts.
