Description
The OV M12 anti-vibration mount isolates a machine tool from vibration and lets you level it without pouring a concrete foundation. These levelling mounts go under lathes, milling, drilling and grinding machines, presses, pumps, compressors and fans of medium size with a rigid base.
The mount has an M12 stud, 80 mm diameter, 120 mm overall height and weighs about 0.6 kg. Height adjustment makes installation on an uneven floor easier, and lower vibration helps keep machining accurate. Suited to workshops and plants that relocate equipment or install new machines without foundation work.
The OV anti-vibration mount is designed for passive and active vibration isolation of medium-sized high- and normal-precision machines with rigid beds subject to steady and random vibration, and for height adjustment when levelling machines.
Besides protecting against vibration, the mounts allow equipment to be installed without a foundation.

Why are anti-vibration mounts needed?
Machine anti-vibration mounts OV are designed for passive and active vibration isolation of lathes, milling and grinding machines, presses and other medium-sized high- and normal-precision equipment with rigid beds subject to steady and random vibration.These mounts have height adjustment for levelling machines, which makes installation on uneven floors easier.
OV anti-vibration mounts are used for foundation-free installation of most types of metal-cutting machines (lathes, milling, drilling, grinding machines, etc.,), crank presses and other machines, instruments and various plant equipment (pumps, compressors, fans...).
Exceptions may be machines and industrial equipment that the manufacturer does not recommend installing on anti-vibration mounts. For specific installation requirements, alignment methods and fixing requirements, see the operating manual of the equipment.
OV anti-vibration mounts allow you to:
- install equipment without building a foundation;
- level machines;
- reduce vibration;
- improve machining accuracy;
- reduce noise.
The mounts we supply are maintenance-free and keep stable characteristics throughout their service life. The mount is rated for loads from 250 kg to 4500 kg per mount and is designed for use in a Central European climate.
OV machine anti-vibration mounts comply with specification TU2-024-5997-87.
