Description
The 2450.400.030 balancing spring is fitted in the spindle balancing drum of jig boring machines. It offsets the weight of the spindle, so smooth spindle travel depends on its condition. The spring is replaced during repair when the old one has lost tension or broken.
Fits 2E440, 2A450, 2D450 and 2E450 machines. The 2D450 and 2E450 take 3 springs each, the 2A450 and 2E440 take 2. Strip length 2180 mm, width 40 mm, thickness 1 mm, 12-month warranty. For maintenance teams and plants running jig boring machines.
