Description
The FDB Maschinen MB106H is a heavy 550 kg thickness planer for sizing boards and beams to thickness. Stock with one jointed face is fed through, and the machine removes material in an even layer. With 630 mm of planing width and up to 200 mm of height it takes wide panels and thick beams.
Maximum planing width is 630 mm, stock height 8 to 200 mm, cut depth up to 5 mm, minimum length 220 mm. The 123 mm cutterhead with four knives runs at 4800 rpm, with feed rates of 8, 10 or 12 m/min. The motor is 7.5 kW at 380 V. Intended for furniture production and woodworking shops.
