Returning or exchanging goods of proper quality

Consumers may exchange or return non-food goods of proper quality within 14 days of purchase, not counting the day of purchase (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection").

A return or exchange is possible if the item has not been used and keeps its condition, seals, labels, factory packaging and complete set, and proof of payment is provided.

Goods made or completed to the buyer's individual order (for example, brake linings and friction inserts made to a drawing) and other goods on the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine cannot be exchanged.

Defective goods and warranty

Machines carry the manufacturer's 12-month warranty unless the product's passport states another term. The warranty period starts on the day the goods are handed over to the buyer. The warranty card lists the phone numbers and addresses of the service centres.

If a defect is found, the buyer has the rights set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection": free repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or a refund. For companies and sole proprietors the supply contract and the Civil Code of Ukraine apply.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, transport or storage, mechanical damage after handover, or consumables that wear in normal use (blades, wheels, knives, belts).

How to request a return or exchange

1. Contact us by phone, Viber/Telegram or email with the invoice or order number, product name, reason for return and photos of the item and packaging.

2. We agree on how the item comes back: drop-off at our Dnipro warehouse or shipment by carrier (Nova Poshta or another carrier).

3. Once received, we inspect the item. If the return conditions are met, we arrange the exchange or refund.

Return shipping

The buyer pays return shipping for goods of proper quality. If the item has a defect we have accepted, the seller covers shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the item, by the same method as the payment: to the account the invoice was paid from. For companies and sole proprietors the refund is documented accordingly (return delivery note, adjustment of tax documents).
