Seller

NTC Melita LLC (ТОВ «НТЦ «Мелита»), EDRPOU code 39698945. Address, phone numbers, email and other seller details are on the Contacts page (melita.com.ua/en/kontakty).

Prices

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias. For most goods the price shown is without VAT - 20% VAT is added, and the total incl. VAT is shown next to it.

The price on an invoice is fixed for the invoice's validity period. A promotional price applies until the date shown on the product page.

How an order is placed

A request on the site (cart, invoice or quote request) is not a sales contract. After your request we check availability, contact you and issue an invoice.

Items marked "In stock" can be shipped by the supplier right away; others are "To order", with the lead time stated on the invoice.

The minimum order is 1,500 UAH incl. VAT.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice for companies, sole proprietors and private buyers. Partial prepayment with cash on delivery is possible by agreement. Companies receive an invoice and delivery note; the VAT invoice is registered as required by law.

Delivery and transfer of ownership

Delivery across Ukraine by Nova Poshta or another carrier at the carrier's rates; pickup from our Dnipro warehouse is free. Goods ship after the invoice is paid.

Ownership and the risk of accidental damage pass to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier or to the buyer at the warehouse, unless the contract says otherwise. Check packaging and contents on receipt in the carrier's presence.

Warranty and returns

Machines carry a 12-month warranty unless the passport states otherwise. The warranty card lists the phone numbers and addresses of the service centres.

Product information

Specifications, photos and contents come from manufacturers and suppliers. Manufacturers may change design and contents without notice; we confirm exact details on the invoice or quote before purchase.

Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation, and failing that under the laws of Ukraine.
