What data we collect

Data you enter in the order, invoice request, quote, calculator and review forms: name, phone, email, company or sole proprietor name, EDRPOU/tax ID, city and delivery address, comment and attached files.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions on the site, collected by Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) using cookies.

Why

To handle your request or order: check availability, issue an invoice, contact you, arrange delivery, honour the warranty and keep accounting records.

To improve the site: see which pages are useful and fix errors. Analytics is not used to identify you.

Who we share data with

Carriers (Nova Poshta and other carriers) - only what delivery requires. Service providers that run the site: hosting, Google (analytics, email), Microsoft (Clarity), Telegram (new-order notifications to our managers). Public authorities - only where the law requires.

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data - for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Requests that did not lead to an order - up to 3 years. Analytics data - per the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity settings (up to 14 months).

Cookies

The site uses cookies for the cart, the language choice and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may then not work correctly.

Your rights
