Description
The Optimum PD3 is a benchtop lever-operated rack press for precise work on small parts: pressing in pins, bushes and small bearings, riveting and assembly. A hardened and ground spindle in a long guide gives high force at the end of the stroke, and the working height is reset quickly and safely.
Key data: 3 kN force, 30 mm ram stroke, 50-170 mm travel on the column, 80 mm throat, 100x110 mm table with a 16x7 mm T-slot, 10 mm ram diameter. The ground table gives repeatable tool positioning. Suits assembly lines, instrument making and repair workshops.
