High-precision toolmaker's vise 125 mm

3. Thanks to the parallelism and perpendicularity of the body, the vise can be placed either on its base or on its side. 
4. Working surfaces are hardened above HRC45 for better wear resistance. 
5. The fixed jaw is firmly joined to the body, which increases the strength of the fixture. 
6. A special spherical element in the movable jaw directs the clamping force downwards, which prevents workpieces from lifting under longitudinal horizontal load and avoids surface deformation. 
7. A needle bearing on the shaft allows the handle to be turned easily while achieving maximum clamping force.

The vise can hold workpieces of different sizes using 4 positions of the jaw plates. Three additional jaw positions are suitable for clamping sheet materials or thin workpieces. Attention! In these cases the rigidity of clamping is determined only by the screws, and the clamping area is limited.
