Description
The TL-100 precision toolmaker's vise is made of tool steel and is used for milling, grinding, layout and inspection work. The fixed jaw is integral with the body and has a flat ground face, while the movable jaw has V-grooves, so the vise holds both flat and round parts securely.
Jaw width 100 mm, jaw height 45 mm, maximum opening 125 mm. Jaws and guideways are hardened to HRC 58-62, and the side faces are parallel to each other and square to the base, so accuracy is kept in vertical, horizontal and side positions. It mounts on a magnetic chuck or machine bed. Suited to toolrooms, quality control and grinding work.

TL100 - high-precision toolmaker's machine vise made of tool steel with a jaw width of 100 mm, used for milling, measuring, marking, grinding and other work.
Structurally, the tool is a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is fixed, while the other is pressed against the workpiece by a trapezoidal screw. The fixed jaw is integral with the vise body, and its surface is flat and ground. The movable jaw has V-grooves on its surface that allow accurate and secure clamping of both flat and cylindrical workpieces.
The hardness of the working surfaces of the guides and jaws reaches HRC 58-62. The side faces of vises in this series are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the base. Parallelism of the guide surface to the base surface is 0.005 mm per 100 mm. Perpendicularity of the jaws to the guide surface is also 0.005 mm per 100 mm.
TL series vises retain their accuracy when used in vertical, horizontal and side positions. The tool is designed to be mounted on a magnetic table or machine bed.
Attention!
In the TL series, at maximum vise opening the screw nut flange fits completely into the movable jaw body without any gaps
To keep the vise operating smoothly and accurately, the moving parts must be lubricated regularly
