Description
The 01413 apparatus determines the grain size distribution of various bulk materials by dry sieving. After sieving, each fraction is weighed and its share is calculated as a percentage of the sample mass. In practice it is a laboratory vibrating sieve shaker that stands on three feet for stability.
It comes with 11 sieves of 200 mm diameter, vibration amplitude is 1-1.4 mm and power 150 VA. Dimensions are 280x320x187 mm, or 280x320x534 mm with the sieve stack. It weighs 22 kg, 24.5 kg with sieves. It suits plant foundry laboratories and incoming raw material control.

The 01413 series particle size analyser determines the quantitative distribution of particles across a large sample. The process uses dry sieving to determine the weight of each size fraction obtained. Their yield is then calculated as a percentage of the total mass of the test sample.
APPEARANCE
The lower part of the apparatus is made of metal, the upper part of corrugated metal. The on/off button is located at the bottom. On the sides of the upper part there are two plates with latches. For greater stability the unit is fitted with three feet.
