Description
The FDB Maschinen MX5615A is a wood spindle moulder for hand-fed milling, tenon cutting with the supplied tenoning carriage and curved milling along a template. The tilting spindle widens the range of profiles one cutter can produce. The large ground table is grey cast iron and spindle height is set with a handwheel.
The 4 kW motor runs on 380 V with five speeds from 3000 to 10000 rpm in both directions. The 32 mm spindle has 190 mm travel and tilts up to 45 degrees, milling height is up to 150 mm and tools up to 245 mm fit above the table. Fixed table 1110x550 mm, sliding table 1110x260 mm, weight 480 kg. For furniture and joinery production.
FDB Maschinen MX 5615A machines are designed for various wood milling operations with manual workpiece feed, cutting simple tenons with the tenoning carriage, and curved milling to a template with manual feed.
The FDB Maschinen MX 5615A spindle moulder can also cut joining tenons.
