Description
The FDB Maschinen FR32ZS is a sliding table panel saw for rip and cross cuts of panels, including angled cuts from 90° to 45°. A scoring unit prevents edge chipping, so the format saw leaves clean edges without breakout. The aluminium alloy carriage runs on roller guides and carries heavy workpieces, while the main table is grey cast iron.
Key figures for choosing: carriage 3200 x 375 mm, cutting length up to 3200 mm, rip width at the fence up to 1300 mm and 80 mm cutting height at 90°. The main saw motor is 5.5 kW, the scoring saw 1.1 kW, supply 380 V, with manual blade raising and 0-45° tilt. It suits furniture shops and woodworking production with regular panel cutting.
The FDB Maschinen FR 32 ZS panel saw has a 375 mm wide aluminium-alloy sliding carriage with high-precision guides. This design is very convenient and ensures high productivity;
