Description
The FDB Maschinen MJ6132TS is a sliding table panel saw for cutting panels and workpieces, with a scoring unit for chip-free edges. The one-piece aluminium alloy carriage, 388 mm wide, runs on roller guides and carries heavy workpieces, while the main table is grey cast iron. A rip fence with an eccentric clamp sets parts accurately, and there is a bracket for dust extraction.
For selection: 315 x 30 mm main blade at 4000/6000 rpm, 120 mm scoring blade at 8000 rpm, 5.5 kW and 1.1 kW motors at 380 V, 3200 mm carriage stroke, 80 mm cutting height. Main blade raising and saw unit tilt are motorised, weight 760 kg. Designed for furniture production.
The panel saw FDB Maschinen MJ 6132 TS has a 388 mm wide aluminium alloy sliding carriage with high-precision guides.
