Description
The FDB Maschinen FR 45 ZS is a heavy sliding table panel saw for cutting panels and workpieces with a large cutting height. A scoring saw prevents edge chipping, so the edges stay clean without breakout. The cellular aluminium carriage runs on roller guides with intermediate locking, the main table is cast iron and the frame is made of 6 mm sheet steel.
For selection: main blade up to 400 mm, 125 mm cutting height at 90°, 3200 x 415 mm carriage, 5.5 kW and 1.1 kW motors at 380 V. Both blades are raised electrically, tilt is 0-45° with a digital angle indicator, central lubrication is included and the machine weighs 1050 kg. Built for furniture production and shops with heavy daily cutting.
The FDB Maschinen FR45ZS panel saw has a 385 mm wide aluminum alloy sliding carriage with high-precision guides. This design is very convenient and ensures high productivity.
Chip-free cutting of the workpiece thanks to the scoring unit.
The one-piece cellular aluminum alloy sliding table (carriage) with roller guides withstands heavy workpiece loads.
