Description
The Proma DSL-1100V wood lathe turns round workpieces and cuts different profiles on the surface of a part. It is used in joinery workshops, one-off and series production and on construction sites. A mechanical variator changes spindle speed smoothly, and with the optional SKZ-93 copying device the lathe produces batches of identical parts.
Turning length is 1100 mm, turning diameter 370 mm, 10 speeds from 500 to 2000 rpm, a 0.75 kW 230 V motor, MT2 spindle and tailstock tapers, and a weight of 92 kg. Made by Proma, Czech Republic. It suits joinery shops and workshops turning balusters, legs and other long parts.
The DSL-1100V lathe is often used in joinery workshops, in batch and one-off production, and in construction.
Using cutting tools, various shapes can be cut on the surface of the part. This machine mainly processes round workpieces.
DSL-1100V features
The machine is equipped with a single-phase motor. A mechanical variator allows setting the required speed and changing it smoothly. This ensures high quality of work.
The machine has a copying attachment that allows producing whole batches of identical parts. Thanks to this, the machine is used in batch production.
