Description

The ShM-IIIN magnetic stand holds a dial indicator or another measuring head at the required point during machine setup and part inspection. Movable arms and an adjustable clamp let you change the height and reach of the indicator. The base magnet switches on and off, so the stand can be fixed on steel surfaces in different positions.

Magnet holding force is 80 kg, the vertical column is 190 mm long and 16 mm in diameter, the tilting arm is 160 mm long and 12 mm in diameter, and the magnet block measures 50x58x56 mm. It is the more compact option for tight spaces. Supplied with a box and manual. Suits machine shops, inspection and maintenance teams.

Stands and holders are passive participants in the measuring process. Dial indicators or other primary measuring instruments are mounted on them. The holder arms, movably connected to each other, allow the instrument to be positioned where needed. The heavy base of the holder or stand provides stability, and the adjustable clamp allows the indicator height and reach to be changed. For convenient mounting, the base of the stand or holder is magnetic, allowing it to be fixed to ferromagnetic surfaces in almost any position, which makes the stand more versatile. The stand magnet can be switched on and off.
