Description

The MS-29 flexible magnetic indicator stand holds a dial indicator in position for runout, flatness and alignment checks. The flexible arm reaches spots a rigid stand cannot, and the switchable magnetic base holds on inclined and vertical steel surfaces without extra clamping.

Magnet holding force is 60 kg, the flexible arm is 350 mm long, the working angle of the tool is 150 degrees and the clamping bore is 8 mm. It suits measuring heads with a resolution of 0.01 mm and coarser. The indicator itself is not included and is ordered separately. A practical stand for turning and milling sections, quality control and maintenance teams.

Stands and holders are passive participants in the measuring process. Dial indicators or other primary measuring instruments are mounted on them. For convenient mounting, the base of the stand or holder is magnetic, allowing it to be fixed to ferromagnetic surfaces in almost any position, which makes the stand more versatile. The stand magnet can be switched on and off.

The MS-29 stand is designed for mounting dial indicators with a graduation of 0.01 mm or more. The indicator clamped in the stand can be set to the required position without moving the stand. The design allows it to be used for tasks that rigid stands cannot handle. The magnetic base allows the stand to be mounted on inclined and vertical surfaces without additional fastening.
