Description
The SOG-904 is a stand for fine cleaning of hydraulic fluids, oils and fuel from mechanical contamination. It is also used to flush the internal cavities of components and hydraulic fuel units, which makes it useful for repair plants and production sites. The stand also removes undissolved water.
One unit cleans 120 t of oil in 15 days from out-of-class condition to cleanliness class 6 per GOST 17216-01. Filtration fineness is equivalent to a 5-micron filter, and one pass reduces contaminant concentration by 2000-5000 times. New old stock from storage, supplied without the control cabinet.
SOG-904 hydraulic fluid cleaning stand
SOG-904 is specialised process equipment.
Intended for:
- fine cleaning of hydraulic fluids, oils and fuel from mechanical contaminants;
- flushing the internal cavities of assemblies and hydraulic and fuel units.
One SOG unit can clean 120 tonnes of oil in 15 days from the "out-of-class" condition to cleanliness class 6 according to GOST 17216-01.
In terms of removing mechanical contaminants, SOG stands are equivalent to a 5-micron aviation filter, but have a dirt-holding capacity two orders of magnitude higher. In addition, they can remove undissolved water.
During cleaning, mechanical impurities are completely removed from used or contaminated oils.
In one pass of the fluid through the stand, the concentration of contaminant particles is reduced 2000-5000 times.
SOG-904 is new, from storage, never used.
No control cabinet (removed).
