Description
VST-625-21 CNC 23 and VST-625-22 CNC 23 are screw-cutting CNC lathes made by Vistan for turning outer and inner surfaces of rotating parts with stepped and curved profiles. The lathe runs semi-automatically from a program or in manual mode; the cast iron bed has hardened and ground guideways.
Distance between centres is 1000 mm on VST-625-21 and 1500 mm on VST-625-22, maximum workpiece diameter 500 mm, 200 mm over the carriage. Main drive 12 kW, 22-1800 rpm, spindle bore 82 mm, Siemens CNC with an optional Fanuc control, 8-position turret. Built for series machining shops and engineering plants.
The lathe is designed for semi-automatic turning of external and internal surfaces of round parts with stepped and curved profiles of varying complexity. The lathes are made with distances between centres of 1000 mm - VST-625-21 CNC 23 and 1500 mm - VST-625-22 CNC 23.

- The high-strength cast iron bed with hardened and ground guideways ensures a long service life and higher machining accuracy.
- The main drive, consisting of a 12 kW motor and a headstock with three speed ranges, delivers a maximum spindle torque of up to 800 Nm.
- High-precision spindle with Ø 82 mm bore.
- The lathe is equipped with a SIEMENS CNC system. A FANUC CNC system is available as an option.
- Automatic programmed selection of the spindle speed range.
- SIEMENS Simodrive closed-loop feed servo drives.
- Manual and automatic machining supported by a CNC system based on canned cycles.
