Description
The Quantum SQ-V10 is a handheld metal band saw that you take to the workpiece rather than the other way round. It cuts pipe, profiles and angle in steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals, as well as wood and plastic, without sparks and without coolant. It is a mobile alternative to a stationary metal band saw for installation, repair and on-site work, and a built-in LED lights the cutting area.
Maximum cut at 90° is 127 x 80 mm, pipe up to 80 mm. The 1.1 kW motor runs on 230 V, blade speed is adjustable from 0.7 to 2.4 m/s, the blade is 1140 x 12.5 x 0.6 mm, the saw weighs 6.6 kg and comes in a carry case with a bimetal blade. It suits installers, maintenance teams and workshops that need a saw for work on site.
