Machine precision double-swivel vise of the QHK series with a jaw plate width of 160 mm and a maximum opening of 128 mm, used for accurate and secure clamping of a workpiece in a convenient position during machining on milling, drilling, grinding, sharpening and other machines.The swivel range of the workpiece on this vise is 0-360 in the horizontal plane and 0-90º in the vertical plane. Degree scales let you track the swivel and tilt angles. Structurally, the tool is a body with a pair of parallel jaws, one of which is fixed, while the other is pressed against the workpiece by a trapezoidal screw.The screw is also protected against chips (this significantly extends its service life).A sturdy bearing mounted on the shaft makes it possible to create a high clamping force without much effort on the handle.Sliding of the movable jaw is adjusted with adjusting strips.The jaw plates are removable, which reduces the overall maintenance cost of the product and also improves work efficiency.The vise base has mounting holes and slots for accurate positioning and secure fastening of the fixture on the machine table. If necessary, the vise can be used without the swivel base. The vise is ideal for clamping parts during both roughing and finishing.
