Hoist parts by nameplate
Enter the motor type from the hoist nameplate - the calculator shows the capacity and which brake lining, coupling, fan and rotor fit that motor.

Hoist parts table →How it works
On a Bulgarian hoist the most reliable identifier is the type of the hoisting motor on its nameplate, for example КГ1608-Д6 or KG2008-D6. The serial number and year tell you little, while the motor type points unambiguously to the size of the hoisting unit.
The motor type gives the hoist capacity and therefore the brake lining size, the flexible coupling, the fan with the brake cone and the rotor. These are the parts replaced most often in repairs.
The type may be stamped in Cyrillic (КГ1605-Д6) or Latin letters (KG1605-D6), with or without a hyphen - it is the same motor.
Do not confuse the two plates: the motor plate on the hoisting motor housing gives its type, power and voltage, while the general hoist plate with capacity and lifting height may sit on another unit. For brake parts you need the motor plate.
Motor type and capacity
For motors that cover a range (KG2011D6 - 2-3.2 t, KG2412-D6 - 5-10 t), confirm the exact capacity from the general hoist plate or the number of rope falls: the reeving affects the hook and rope, not the motor brake parts.
| Hoisting motor | Capacity |
|---|---|
| KG1605-D6 (КГ1605-Д6) | 0.5 t |
| KG1608-D6 (КГ1608-Д6) | 1 t |
| KG2008-D6 (КГ2008-Д6) | 2 t |
| KG2011D6 (КГ2011Д6) | 2-3.2 t |
| KG2412-D6 (КГ2412-Д6) | 5-10 t |
| KG 2714-4 (КГ 2714-4) | 5 t |
Practical tips
- If the plate is worn or painted over, remove the paint with solvent, not sandpaper; stamped characters often show up under side lighting at an angle.
- If you still cannot read it, send a photo of the plate and of the whole hoist - we will identify it from the photo.
- The full list of parts by motor type is in our hoist parts reference; products are in electric hoist spare parts.
- The motor may have been swapped at some point. If the capacity on the body and the motor type disagree, choose brake parts by the motor.
- If the load creeps down after stopping, start with the brake: see electric hoist does not hold the load.
