Drill sharpener OPTIgrind GH 10T

This bench drill sharpener model has been offered to customers in Ukraine since early 2015. More than a hundred users have seen for themselves how convenient this sharpener is to operate.

At the latest metalworking equipment exhibitions in 2015 — 2017, the stand with drill sharpeners from Optimumwas packed with visitors. Our factory workers are tired of sharpening drills by hand on double-wheel grinders or on dubious Chinese machines that lack accuracy and break down by the tenth drill.

• Model of the bench drill sharpener OPTIgrind GH 10 T is very compact, so it can be placed on any stable surface anywhere in a shop or workshop with a 220 V power supply.
• A 180 W motor running at 5,300 rpm is quite sufficient for accurate, high-quality sharpening of drills from 2 to 13 mm in diameter. The machine uses a diamond wheel that sharpens drills with ease.
• The machine OPTIgrind GH 10 T is most often used for sharpening taper shank twist drills, straight shank twist drills and helical twist drills.
• This machine can sharpen drills from 2 mm to 13 mm in diameter at point angles of 90-135 degrees, thanks to the set of collets supplied with the machine. Because the drill is clamped in a collet chuck during sharpening, the machine can sharpen the cutting edge and the flank and thin the chisel edge (web).
