Description
FDB Maschinen Turner 360x1000K-DPA is a screw-cutting lathe for small-batch and one-off production. As a general-purpose metal lathe it turns and bores cylindrical and tapered surfaces, faces ends, drills and cuts threads. The rigid bed with hardened guideways keeps accuracy during long shifts in the shop.
Key data: 360 mm swing over bed and 508 mm over gap, 1000 mm between centres, 260 mm bed, 40 mm spindle bore, 12 speeds 40-1800 rpm, 2.2 kW motor on 380 V. A full kit is included: 3-axis DRO, 160 mm 3-jaw and 200 mm 4-jaw chucks, 300 mm faceplate, travelling and fixed steadies and coolant system. For production that needs a lathe ready to work.
The universal FDB Maschinen Turner 360x1000K (DPA) screw-cutting lathe is designed for machining balanced workpieces and rotational parts. The machine has a rigid 260 mm wide bed, which ensures minimal spindle runout, and reliability for long trouble-free operation. Medium-frequency induction hardening gives the bed ways high strength. The convenient layout of the controls makes working with the screw-cutting lathe clearer and more intuitive. The FDB Maschinen Turner 360x1000K (DPA) is fairly simple to maintain and operate and is used in small-batch and one-off production.
