Description
The FDB Maschinen SGA400G is an industrial band saw machine for production cutting of large round bar, pipe, profiles and solid workpieces. The frame is lowered and raised hydraulically and coolant is supplied by a pump. It is a metal band saw for stock-cutting shops under constant load.
Maximum cut is 400 mm round, 700 x 400 mm rectangular or a 400 x 180 mm bundle, at 90°. The 4 kW blade motor runs on 380 V with five speeds from 19 to 80 m/min, the blade is 5080 x 41 x 1.25 mm, the vise is hydraulic, and 2 m powered infeed and 1 m outfeed roller tables are included; 2100 kg in total. The machine is intended for plant stock-cutting shops and metal depots cutting large sections in series.

Ease of operation allows both professionals and beginners to work with the machine. The convenient and practical control panel makes the FDB Maschinen SGA 400 G even easier to master. The machine can operate at five different speeds.
The rigid metal frame eliminates vibration, which improves accuracy. An innovative cooling system prevents the machine from overheating and ensures a long service life. When ordering the machine you also receive one powered infeed roller conveyor section, one outfeed roller conveyor section and one saw blade.
