Description
The FDB Maschinen SG 380 is an industrial band saw machine for production cutting of large round bar, pipe, profiles and solid workpieces. The frame is lowered and raised hydraulically and coolant is supplied by a pump. It is a metal band saw for stock-cutting shops under constant load.
Maximum cut is 380 mm round, 400 x 250 mm rectangular or a 250 x 250 mm bundle, at 90°. The 3 kW blade motor runs on 380 V with four speeds of 20/40/60/75 m/min, the blade is 4115 x 34 x 1.1 mm, an outfeed roller table is included and the machine weighs 1000 kg. The machine is intended for plant stock-cutting shops and metal depots cutting large sections in series.
