The high-speed FDB Maschinen BF45VH drilling and milling machine is a new innovative machine with patented High/Low Speed Belt Drive Change technology (switching between high-speed and low-speed belt drive);

BF45VH is a drilling and milling machine with a brushless motor and belt drive and two spindle speed ranges: low range - 70-700 rpm (low-speed belt drive), high range - 300-4500 rpm (high-speed belt drive);

a spindle speed of up to 4500 rpm and a powerful 2200 W (220V) brushless motor allow thermal (flow) drilling;

the BF45VH uses a patented belt drive change system with a selector dial, as on a geared machine: a quick, simple turn of the dial changes the speed range, with no need to remove the milling head cover, move the belt from one pulley to another or replace the belt;

• stepless spindle speed adjustment within each range by a potentiometer;

• toothed belt drive for reliable, quiet operation;

• central control panel with digital spindle speed display;

• tapping function with automatic reverse;

• drilling depth stop with scale and precise manual quill fine feed with digital readout;

• powered Z axis (raising/lowering the milling head along Z) makes operation easier;

• milling head swivel angle ±90˚;
