Description

The FDB Maschinen BF 20BL is a drill-milling machine with a direct belt drive to the spindle, built for milling, drilling and tapping ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Combining both operations in one machine saves money on separate equipment and floor space. It is designed for one-off production, repair shops and toolrooms.

Motor 1.1 kW on 220 V, stepless speed control 50-2250 rpm, MT3 spindle taper. The 700x180 mm table travels 480 mm in X and 140 mm in Y, and the head swivels 90 degrees each way. Drilling up to 25 mm, end mills up to 20 mm, face mills up to 63 mm. Weight 120 kg.

The FDB Maschinen BF 20BL drilling and milling machine with belt-driven spindle (direct belt drive from motor to spindle (no gear train, no intermediate shaft) is designed for milling, drilling and tapping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys in one-off production.

Combining milling and drilling reduces the cost of buying extra machines and saves floor space. The BF 20BL is designed for one-off and small-batch production at low-load facilities, repair workshops, tool rooms, etc. It is easy to learn and operate, highly reliable and simple to maintain.
