Description
This 125 mm swivel machine vise with manual drive holds the workpiece during milling, drilling and other machining operations. The swivel base turns the part through 360 degrees without re-clamping, which saves set-up time on repeated jobs. The body parts are cast iron, accuracy class H to GOST 16518 (DIN 6370).
Size 125 mm, overall dimensions 297 x 166 x 126 mm. A thrust bearing reduces the force needed on the handle, and disc springs keep the workpiece clamped securely. The vise is located on the machine table by keys and fixed with two bolts. It suits work on drilling and small milling machines in a workshop.
Manually operated machine vises are designed for clamping workpieces during machining on metal-cutting machines. Vise accuracy class N according to GOST 16518 (DIN 6370). A swivel vise consists of a similar non-swivel vise and a swivel table.
The main body parts of the vise are made of cast iron.
The vise is located on the machine table with keys and fastened with 2 bolts.
The thrust bearing in the design reduces the effort on the handle when clamping workpieces. Disc springs make holding the clamped workpiece more reliable.
