Description
The DISTAR 1A1R Granite Premium is a 350 mm continuous-rim diamond blade for professional cutting of hard stone such as granite, marble and gabbro. Occasional cutting of tile and porcelain stoneware, with breaks, is allowed, and it can make 45-degree cuts when needed. It is used with water fed to the cut for cooling.
Outer diameter 350 mm, 2.4 mm thick. The large diameter is meant for cutting machines and stationary tile saws. It suits stone workshops, tiling crews and production sites that cut natural stone.
The DISTAR 1A1R GRANITE PREMIUM diamond disc is used by professionals for cutting hard materials such as granite, marble and gabbro. Occasional use (with breaks) on tile and porcelain stoneware is also acceptable. It handles 45-degree cuts quite well when needed.
This disc is used on special manual tile cutters or machines equipped with a water supply to the cutting zone for cooling.
Many versions of the tool are available depending on the required diameter, from 125 to 400 millimetres.
It offers fairly high productivity and service life. For discs 200-250 mm in diameter, productivity reaches 1.2 linear metres, and service life is up to 6.7 m2 or 700 linear metres.
