Description
Distar Edge is a diamond blade for 45-degree mitre cuts in ceramic tile and porcelain stoneware. It is used to form outside corners without a visible joint. The sandwich-type diamond layer carries coarse diamond in the centre and finer grit at the sides, so the blade cuts and dresses the edge in one pass.
Outer diameter 200 mm, 25.4 mm bore. The thickened core does not make the body rigid and keeps the blade from drifting sideways, which keeps the mitre straight. A fit for tilers, tile workshops and renovation crews who finish corners on floor and wall tiles.
FOR 45-DEGREE CUTTING
Application: ceramic floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, porcelain stoneware.
Advantages: Designed for efficient cutting at a 45-degree angle. The thickened core makes the body rigid and keeps the blade from deflecting sideways. "Sandwich" diamond layer design: large diamonds in the center and small ones at the edges. This provides high cutting performance and fine edge grinding at the same time.
