Description
The ZEUS IV-50000 RK is an electronic hanging crane scale for weighing large loads in harsh industrial conditions. It is used in sea ports for containers, at metal stockyards, in warehouses and in production during loading and shipping. The impact-resistant high-strength aluminium alloy housing and IP66 protection allow outdoor work in any weather.
Maximum capacity is 50000 kg, the operating range is -20 to +40 °C, and the load cell withstands 1.5 times the rated load. The 360-degree swivel hook has a latch that keeps the sling in place. A separate handheld indicator links to the scale wirelessly, stores 100 measurements, prints results and works with a PC. A choice for ports, metal stockyards, warehouses and production sites.

Operating temperature range +40 - 20 °C, IP 66 protection rating provides full protection against dust and moisture, and the housing is impact-resistant. These characteristics allow the scales to be used outdoors in any weather.

Applications of ZEUS IV crane scales
Thanks to its functionality, durability and wide weighing range, this model can be used for loading and dispatching goods, in production, at warehouses and metal depots. The mechanism does not need to be held static to work correctly, which significantly speeds up work processes.
The load cell has an overload margin of 1.5 times the maximum weight; the scale has a battery-powered mobile indicator.
The VK ZEUS IV RK functions allow weighing results to be printed, the scale to work with a computer and databases to be stored.
The scale is controlled via a wireless link to the indicator. No special knowledge or skills are needed to work with the scale; reading the manual is enough.
Functions: Gross/Net, result accumulation, battery level monitoring for the scale and the indicator, hold of the weight after the load is removed, memory for 100 measurements, printing of results by date and group, date and time display, averaging of results under unstable load.
The scales come with a long warranty of 3 years.
