Description
This hoist gearbox shaft is a cylindrical shaft with gear teeth at both ends that comes out of the second stage of the planetary lifting gearbox. It transfers rotation from the brake motor to the lifting gearbox. Shaft length and diameter depend on hoist capacity and lifting height.
This shaft is for a 2 t T-series electric hoist with a lifting height of 12 m. Tooth diameter 25 mm, length 531 mm, catalogue number 169172, made in Bulgaria. Above 18 m of lifting height an intermediate shaft and an extra flexible coupling are added. A part for repair services and plants running Bulgarian hoists.
A cylindrical shaft comes out of the second gear stage of the electric hoist planetary hoisting gearbox. It has gearing on both ends and transmits rotation from the brake motor to the hoisting gearbox.
