Description

The ROXTA RBP-100 is a combination sander with a belt and a disc for surface work on light materials. Depending on the grit of the belt and disc it handles both rough stock removal and final sanding. The disc table tilts, so parts can be worked at an angle, and the belt arm raises to vertical.

Belt 100 x 915 mm at 275 m/min, disc 150 mm at 1450 rpm. Table tilt 0-45°, belt arm tilt 0-90°, single-phase motor, weight 17 kg. It is compact and runs from a household 220 V socket, so it suits repair and home workshops, garages and small-batch production.

The BP-100 combination grinding machine is designed for surface finishing of various soft materials. Work is done with a sanding belt or a sanding disc. Depending on the grit of the belt and disc, you can do both rough stripping of a coarse surface and its final sanding.

This model allows the sanding disc work table to be tilted, so parts can be processed at an angle. The swivel arm can also be raised by 90 degrees.

Thanks to its small size and the option of connecting to a 220 volt household mains supply, the machine can be used in small-batch production, in repair and home workshops, in a garage or at a country house.

The BP-100 machine consists of a base 1 carrying a single-phase electric motor 10, which drives the sanding disc 5 and the sanding belt 7 through a belt drive. The belt drive is enclosed by a guard. Stop 6 is used for work on the sanding belt. A miter gauge 3 is mounted on the tilting table 4. The table can be tilted at an angle of 00-450. Lever 8 is used to tension the belt, and bolt 9 to track it. The machine's electrical control unit is located on the base.

Additional information

The machine design allows you to change  the tilt of the sanding belt arm from 0 to 90.
The machine design allows you to change  the work table tilt angle from 00 to 45. Wing nut No1.
The work table can be set at an angle to the sanding disc or the sanding belt.
