Description

The BP-100 is a belt sander with an additional sanding disc for surface work on various light materials. With belts and discs of different grit it removes a rough layer or brings the surface to a clean finish. The work table tilts and the belt arm raises through 90°, so parts are easy to work at an angle.

Single-phase motor 370 W, 230 V, 1450 rpm. The 100 x 915 mm belt runs at 275 m/min; disc diameter 150 mm. Table tilt 0-45°, belt arm 0-90°, weight 17 kg. Suited to repair workshops, garages and small-batch production on a household supply.

Combination sanding machine BP-100 is designed for surface finishing of various light materials. Sanding is done with a sanding belt or a sanding disc. Depending on the grit of the belt and disc, you can do both rough stock removal and final sanding.

On this model the disc work table can be tilted, which allows parts to be sanded at an angle. The pivoting belt arm can also be raised to 90 degrees.

Thanks to its small size and 220 V household mains connection, the machine can be used in small-batch production, in repair and home workshops, in a garage or at a country house.

The BP-100 consists of base 1 carrying single-phase electric motor 10, which drives sanding disc 5 and sanding belt 7 via a belt drive. The belt drive is enclosed by a guard. Stop 6 is used when working on the sanding belt. Mitre gauge 3 is mounted on tilting table 4. The table tilts from 0° to 45°. Lever 8 tensions the belt, and bolt 9 is used for belt tracking. The machine's electrical control unit is located on the base.

The machine design allows the sanding belt arm to be tilted from 0 to 90.
