Description
The FDB Maschinen DS24 is an electric tapping machine for cutting internal threads with taps in vertical and horizontal positions. The servo drive with overload protection gives more stable threads than hand tapping or a drill press. Manual, automatic and combined modes are available, and thread depth in automatic mode is set with a depth control.
Thread range M6-M24, 1200 W motor on 220 V, stepless speed 0-200 rpm. GT 12 tapping heads are included. Tapping head reach 1200 mm; the lubricant spray and air blow system needs a compressor. Weight 48 kg. Built for production and repair shops that cut many similar threads.
