Description
Sector friction lining UD1148 is one segment of the friction ring in a clutch-brake or other braking device of forging and pressing equipment, machines and mechanisms. These friction linings are highly heat-resistant, withstand friction and thermal shock and keep working across a wide temperature range. They are replaced when the brake linings are worn.
Outer diameter 1860 mm, inner diameter 1000 mm, thickness 8 mm, sector angle 30°. Made in Ukraine. Choose it by the diameters and thickness of the worn lining in the friction unit. It suits plant maintenance teams and repair services working on presses; sectors of other sizes and thicknesses can be made to order.
Friction sectors are used in the clutch-brake and in other friction units and braking devices of forging and pressing, forging and other equipment, machines and mechanisms. They feature high heat resistance and retain their performance over a wide temperature range. Such products are made from modern friction materials with high hardness and resistance to friction and thermal shock.
