Description
This 160 mm swivel machine vise with an enclosed screw clamps workpieces during machining on milling and drilling machines. The lead screw on this model is enclosed, and clamping is done by hand with the handle. The swivel table turns the part through 360 degrees, and the body parts are cast iron, accuracy class H to GOST 16518 (DIN 6370).
Jaw width 160 mm, jaw height 52 mm, maximum opening 120 mm, weight 27 kg. A thrust bearing reduces the force on the handle, disc springs hold the workpiece securely, and the vise is fixed to the table by keys and two bolts. It suits production areas and repair shops.
Manually operated machine vises are designed for holding workpieces during machining on metal-cutting machines. Vise accuracy class H per GOST 16518 (DIN 6370). Swivel vises consist of a similar fixed vise and a swivel table.
The main body parts of the vises are made of cast iron.
The vise is mounted on the machine table using keys and fastened with 2 bolts.
The thrust bearing reduces the handle force when clamping a workpiece. The disc springs increase the reliability of holding the clamped workpiece.
