Description

The DISTAR 1A1RSS/C3-W Classic H12 is a universal segmented disc for paving tiles, brick, standard and abrasive concrete, sandstone and reinforced concrete. It also works well for chasing walls for electrical wiring. The 12 mm diamond layer gives a cutting speed of up to 0.37 m/min and a service life of up to 150 linear metres (tested on the 230 mm disc, M400 concrete with 12 mm rebar).

Specs: 125 mm diameter, 2.2 mm segment thickness, 10 segments, 22.23 mm bore. Fits any standard angle grinder rated for a 125 mm disc. Suitable for construction crews, utility installers and paving contractors.

The Distar 1A1RSS/C3-W Classic H12 universal diamond blade has proven an excellent tool for hard materials, namely paving slabs, brick, standard and abrasive concrete. It is also suitable for sandstone and reinforced concrete.

Thanks to the enlarged diamond layer, 12 mm high, the blade can work at a fairly high speed of up to 0.37 metres per minute while showing a fairly good service life of up to 150 linear metres. The performance figures were obtained when testing a 230 mm diamond blade. Material: M400 grade concrete, 12 mm reinforcement per 1 linear metre, amounting to 6 pcs.

The blade itself comes in three versions, 125, 150 and 230 millimetres in diameter. Distar 1A1RSS/C3-W Classic copes quite well with chasing walls for electrical wiring.

The tool can be used with any angle grinder with a standard arbor that accepts a blade of this diameter.
