Description

The DISTAR 1A1RSS Stayer segmented cutting disc is built for abrasive materials such as asphalt, sandstone and green concrete. A thin diamond layer gives fast cutting, while an extra protective layer on the segments slows down their wear. The disc is for dry cutting only and lasts up to 200 linear metres when cutting asphalt 4 cm deep.

Specs: 230 mm diameter, 2.6 mm thickness, 16 segments, 22.23 mm bore for any standard angle grinder. Intended for grinders of 2.0-2.6 kW running up to 6650 rpm. A good fit for road and construction crews, municipal services and landscaping contractors.

The DISTAR 1A1RSS STAYER diamond cutting blade is made using modern technologies for processing abrasive materials such as asphalt, sandstone and fresh concrete. It is used on any angle grinders with a standard mounting seat of 22.2 mm.

Thanks to the thin diamond layer, it cuts materials as quickly and productively as possible. It is additionally equipped with a special protective layer on the segments, which prevents rapid wear of the diamond segment.

It is used on medium-power angle grinders of 2.0-2.6 kW at up to 6650 rpm.

It has a fairly long service life (up to 200 running metres) when cutting asphalt to a depth of 4 centimetres.

DISTAR STAYER is used for dry processing only.
