Description
The DISTAR 1A1R Granite diamond wheel is designed for all types of granite and dense sandstone; porcelain stoneware is also listed in its specs. It combines high cutting speed with long service life and gives a clean cut when used wet. For the 200 mm size the manufacturer states up to 700 linear metres of life and a cutting speed of up to 1.2 m/min.
Size 200x1,6x10x25,4: 200 mm diameter, 1.6 mm thickness, 25.4 mm bore. The wheel fits cutting machines and tile saws with a matching arbor. A good fit for stone processing shops, cladding specialists and crews working with granite tile.
The DISTAR 1A1R GRANITE diamond blade is used for processing all types of granite and dense sandstone materials. It delivers maximum productivity while offering a fairly long service life. A good advantage of the tool is a perfectly clean cut when processing materials wet.
Used on machines and tile saws of any model with an arbor of 22.23 to 32 mm that accept blades from 115 to 400 millimetres in diameter.
It has a fairly long service life of up to 700 linear metres (for 200 mm diameter), with a processing speed of up to 1.2 linear metres per minute.
It is positioned on the market as one of the most powerful blades, while working with it keeps the cost per unit of work as low as possible. Therefore, using this tool is the most cost-effective compared with its counterparts.
