Description

The DISTAR DGS-W Rotex 100 mm diamond cup wheel is made for grinding concrete walls and floors. L-shaped segments clear slurry from the work area, so the wheel keeps its cutting speed. It can be used for both dry and wet grinding, and every wheel is additionally checked for balance.

Key specs: 100 mm outer diameter and a 22.23 mm bore for angle grinders. DISTAR Rotex cups are rated for grinders from 1 kW. Suited to construction crews and contractors preparing concrete surfaces for finishing.

The DISTAR ROTEX DGS-W diamond cup wheel is an ideal solution for grinding concrete surfaces, including walls and floors. The specially designed L-shaped diamond segment removes slurry from the working area as efficiently as possible. 
The cup wheel has a fairly high working speed.

When a 125 mm cup wheel was tested on M250 grade reinforced concrete, it showed a fairly high working speed of up to 6.5 square metres per hour, with a service life of 650 square metres at a processing depth of 1 millimetre.

Available in diameters of 125, 150 and 180 mm for use on angle grinders with a standard arbor hole, a power of 1 kW or more and a speed of up to 11500 rpm.

The cup wheel is used for both dry and wet surface grinding. Every DISTAR ROTEX cup wheel undergoes an additional series of imbalance checks for comfortable and efficient work.
