Plate compactor Tekhmann construction TCPC-80/200L

A plate compactor is a small road-building machine used to build and repair various sites, routes, paths, roads and pavements. It vibro-compacts non-cohesive and loose soils and tamps asphalt. Plate compactors are also used for laying paving slabs and building blind areas around buildings.

The plate compactor is built around a single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled petrol engine. The fuel level is checked through the filler neck. A mesh filter in the filler neck under the fuel cap must be cleaned of dirt before each refuelling.

Engine speed (compaction speed) is controlled with the throttle lever. The design provides remote engine speed control.

Features:

• Mobility and ease of use come from the single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled LONCIN engine with 196 cm³ displacement and 4.1 hp.
• Stable engine operation thanks to the high-efficiency TORCH spark plug.
• A vibration force of 12 kN and vibration frequency of 4930 rpm provide quality compaction of the base to 300 mm.
• At a weight of 80 kg the travel speed is 21 cm/s.
• Folding handle for easy transport (tool-free fastening).
• To prevent material sticking to the base plate, the unit has a water sprinkler system with a 12 l tank.

• For easy transport this plate compactor is fitted with transport wheels.
