Description
FDB Maschinen Turner 250x500G is a screw-cutting lathe for turned parts. This metal lathe performs external and internal turning of cylindrical and tapered surfaces, facing, drilling and thread cutting. It suits repair work, one-off parts and small batches.
Specs: 250 mm swing over bed and 150 mm over cross slide, 500 mm between centres, 26 mm spindle bore, 12 speeds 80-1600 rpm, 0.75 kW motor on 220 V, 163 kg. The feed gearbox cuts threads without swapping change gears, and both longitudinal and cross feeds are automatic. Designed for one-off production and sites with a light workload.
The FDB Turner 250x500G universal screw-cutting lathe is designed for machining balanced workpieces and rotational parts up to 250 mm in diameter and up to 500 mm long. As standard, the machine offers high build quality, reliability, and ease of operation and maintenance. The Turner 250x500G is intended for one-off production at low-load enterprises.
