Description
The Optimum PD5 is a benchtop lever-operated rack press for precise work on small parts: pressing in pins, bushes and small bearings, riveting and assembly. A hardened and ground spindle in a long guide gives high force at the end of the stroke, and the working height is reset quickly and safely.
Key data: 5 kN force, 40 mm ram stroke, 65 mm throat, 80x110 mm table with a 16x7.5 mm T-slot, 10 mm ram diameter. The ground table gives repeatable tool positioning. Suits assembly lines, instrument making and repair workshops.
