Non-swivel cross-slide machine vise 125 mm

Vise non-swivel cross-slide machine vise  with a jaw plate width of 125 mm and a maximum opening of 130 mm, used on drilling, milling and grinding machines (and on other equipment if necessary) for secure clamping of a part and for its quick and accurate positioning along two mutually perpendicular axes thanks to the cross slide. Structurally, the tool is a pair of parallel jaws mounted on a longitudinal and cross travel mechanism. One jaw is fixed (integral with the vise body), while the other is pressed against the workpiece by a trapezoidal screw. The fixed jaw plate has a flat ground surface, while the movable jaw plate has horizontal and vertical V-grooves on its surface that allow accurate and secure clamping of both flat and cylindrical workpieces.The jaw plates are removable, which reduces the overall maintenance cost of the product and also improves work efficiency.The vise base has mounting holes for secure fastening of the fixture on the machine table.
