## Description

The OV-31m anti-vibration mount is designed for passive and active vibration isolation of medium-sized machines of high and normal accuracy with rigid frames under stationary and random vibrations, as well as for height adjustment when leveling machines.
Besides protecting against vibration, the mounts allow equipment to be installed without a foundation.

What are anti-vibration mounts for?
Machine anti-vibration mounts IV are designed for passive and active vibration isolation of lathes, milling and grinding machines, presses and other medium-sized equipment of high and normal accuracy with rigid frames under stationary and random vibrations.
These mounts are height-adjustable for leveling machines, which makes it easier to install equipment on a flat surface.
IV anti-vibration mounts are used for foundation-free installation of most types of metal-cutting machines (lathes, milling, drilling, grinding machines, etc.), crank presses, as well as other machines, instruments and various factory equipment (pumps, compressors, fans...).
Exceptions may be machines and industrial equipment that the manufacturer does not recommend installing on anti-vibration mounts. For specific installation requirements, alignment methods and fastening requirements, see the operating manual of the particular equipment.
IV anti-vibration mounts make it possible to:
- install equipment without building a foundation;
- level machines;
- reduce vibration;
- improve machining accuracy;
- reduce noise.
The anti-vibration mounts we supply require no maintenance and keep stable characteristics throughout their service life. Each mount is rated for a load of 250 kg to 4500 kg and is designed for use in a Central European climate.
IV machine anti-vibration mounts comply with specifications TU2-024-5997-87.
