## Description

If you produce parts by punching, laser or plasma cutting, or cast blanks, you face the problem of removing burrs and the need to round off the edges of sheet metal and metal parts
An updated manual machine designed for deburring and edge finishing of sheet metal and metal parts after punching, laser cutting and HD plasma.
The working tool is a two-position head equipped with a grinding wheel for deburring on one side and a flap wheel for edge rounding on the other.
The head with the motor is mounted on a pantograph arm running in rolling bearings, which makes it easy to move. An additional pneumatic cylinder can be fitted to the pantograph to provide simple and effective pressing against the surface being ground. Smooth speed control makes it possible to optimize the processing intensity
An additional vacuum hold-down can be installed on the standard model. The vacuum model has a 300x300 mm area for working with small parts. The built-in vacuum can also be used for dust extraction after metalworking.
