## Description

Features of the MB S265A edge banding machine:
- Model MB S265A is designed for edge banding straight edges of panel materials with ABS, PVC and strip edging material up to 3 mm thick.
- The machine design allows automatic application of glue and edging material, overhang trimming and end cutting.
- Pre-milling→ Gluing→ End trimming→ Rough trimming→ Fine trimming→ Scraping→ Sanding
- One-piece welded machine frame for stability.
- A twin-rail end trimming unit ensures fast machine movement.
- The end and corner rounding units use high-quality pneumatic components to ensure performance.
- PLC and touch screen by Delta, Taiwan.
1. The gluing unit has a special design for even glue application, which ensures stronger bonding.
2. The end trimming unit uses precise guide rail movement, automatic tracking and fast cutting by a high-frequency motor.
3. The rough / fine trimming unit, used to remove excess edging material, uses automatic tracking and fast cutting with a high-frequency motor to ensure smooth trimming of panels.
4. The scraping unit removes tool marks left by trimming and cutting to ensure smooth panel edges.
5. The buffing unit performs final polishing of the panel with a cotton buffing wheel to make the surface smoother.
